Neerventure is a Management Consultancy. Services: 1. Fractional CTO Many startups and scaleups don't want to hire a permanent CTO, because they can't afford to, or because they don't need a full time strategic C-level. This is where Neerventure offers a CTO on a subscription, for 4 hours to 2 days a week. CTO-as-a-Service is what we call it: everything a CTO does, as a service. 2. Transformational Management Coach. Helping leadership with communication skills, self-reflection, facilitating skills, etc. 3. External Confidant. Helping companies with delicate matters, such as harassment, providing a safe space to share thoughts and feelings confidentially, providing an outside perspective and potential solutions to personal or professional issues.
