About Nelson Construction

Nelson Construction is a second generation homebuilding company with our main office located in the historic mill building in Simsbury, Connecticut. We are proud of each and every one of our over 900 new homes and apartments built throughout the Farmington Valley. The dozens of awards for superior creativity and building ability are a compliment, but our best fans are our homebuyers and their praises. We take the phrase “Built in America with Quality Materials” to a whole new level with fine craftsmanship and a superior design guarantee.
