About NEMRA Properties (Pvt) Ltd.

NEMRA Properties (Pvt) Ltd. is a new property development and construction firm situated in Colombo. Although we have only recently begun our services as a privately held, BOI-approved firm in Sri Lanka, we have had 15 years of fruitful experience in the industry in Saudi Arabia. The business focuses mainly on design and construction, managing construction projects and developing residential and commercial real estates. During its 15 years of experience, NEMRA gradually achieved a reputation of excelling at designing and building a variety of buildings, including residential and commercial buildings, warehouses, manufacturing factories and hypermarkets, all around the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Throughout its lifetime, the company has been awarded several special recognition for quality materials, innovative designs and timely workmanship. These achievements encouraged its clientele to be loyal to NEMRA forever. After having successfully faced several challenges through the years, NEMRA is now more than prepared to penetrate the Sri Lankan market and secure a reputation that will be recognized by every citizen in the future.
