About NeoInsulation

NeoInsulation: Engineering superior insulation solutions with innovative applications for today's energy infrastructure. We provide revolutionary, state of the art protective solutions for the oil/gas and industrial industries through our patented insulation applications. 1. Removable and Reusable – Allowing accessibility to insulated pipes and valves for maintenance, inspection or repair. 2. Hydrophobic – Water resistant, virtually eliminating corrosion under insulation (CUI), protecting your equipment from rust and prolonging the life of your assets. 3. Safe – There are no tools required for installation. This means no knives, shears, cutting tools, sharp tin, etc. 4. Efficient – Installed in less about 15% of the amount of time it takes to install traditional insulation offering substantial savings in labor. 5. Field Tested and Proven – Currently installed in every major basin in North America, including Alaska and Canada. Our product has endured temperatures reaching -45°F in the Bakken without a single freeze failure! 6. Sustainability – NeoInsulation does not lose its insulative value when it gets wet or compressed...compare that to fiberglass or mineral wool. 7. Economical – The bottom line is that NeoInsulation works when alternatives don’t. We solve your freeze problems without causing other problems, such as corrosion under insulation, lack of access to valves, the need for re-wrapping, steaming, workplace injuries, etc. At NeoInsulation, we have insulated pipes of all sizes…from ½ inch up to 36”. We have over 5,000 SKUs to properly insulate any valve, fitting or vessel you may have. We insulate tank batteries, SWDs, well heads, back pressure valves, dump valves, gas lifts, gas processing plants, compressor stations, vessels, separators, scrubber pots, actuators, you name it and we can insulate it.
