Neolithics® is an AI agri-tech company leveraging sophisticated food science and advanced technology to revolutionize the fresh produce industry. Our mission is to reduce food waste and ensure food safety and quality. Crystal.eye; our optical sensing AI-software enables quick, accurate and consistent analysis of fresh produce quality. Using advanced optical sensors Crystal.eye collects images that are assessed based on our food science architecture which interprets the image data into internal & external attributes instantly, in high volume with a high level of accuracy. Crystal.eye technology is not destructive, so it eliminates inspection waste and increases the amount of product available for selling. It also integrates seamlessly into any production environment, while enhancing productivity. In real-time, Crystal.eye actively analyses any type of fresh produce to report on meaningful parameters.
