NEOO Partners, is a creative urban planning, place-making and real estate consulting firm for small to medium-sized businesses, non-profit organizations, and local units of government. Clients continue to benefit from our work in creating a shared vision with their stakeholders that is grounded in culturally competent solutions and human-centric experiences. Applied empathy is a cornerstone of our approach when addressing the pressing challenges of contemporary urban living. This approach has delivered thoughtful yet people-focused solutions for clients by cultivating sustainable relationships in the community and by layering quantitative data with the qualitative experiences of residents, business, and stakeholder organizations. NEOO’s team has given themselves to broad-reaching experiences in community organizing, real estate development, and public finance. Tackling the difficult dilemmas at the cross-sections of mass transit and equitable transit-oriented development; balancing affordable and market-rate housing prioritization in fixed land areas, and furthering the need for accessible green park space planning and living-wage job creation for all residents. The firm’s practical experience in not only providing strategic urban planning or community development plans but in the nuance of actually bringing local entrepreneurs and employers to communities, developing new commercial real estate at neighborhood level rents and curating dynamic cultural spaces for diverse communities to see themselves in. NEOO’s strength is in being strategic AND practical when helping clients achieve success, the right way, the first time.
