About Netwerk Citymarketing

The Network of Citymarketing (in Dutch: stichting Netwerk Citymarketing Nederland) is primarily focused on the local public sector, private sector (local and regional economies) and regional actors (regional promotion organizations, collaborations, municipalities, provinces and suchlike). The network aims to support knowledge exchange and contact between professionals, government and policymakers. The main activities of the network are regular meetings to enhance the network and the exchange of knowledge and expertise and the annual price for the best strategy or activity concerning city marketing. Through project-based cooperation the organisations and people in the network contribute to the aims of the network. The congress ‘City Marketing becomes Euregional Marketing’ is a good example of this cooperation. The network provides online communications to enhance networking.
