About Netzer Precision Position Sensors A.C.S. Ltd.

Netzer Precision Position Sensors, established in 1998, designs, manufactures, and supplies high-quality absolute position encoders, based on the electric encoder™ proprietary technology. Netzer’s patented, rugged high-performance, digital, electric encoder™ technology can be found in a wide variety of applications, worldwide. The product portfolio includes a range of rotary encoders suited for applications ranging from harsh environment, specialized applications such as space and avionics, through military and defense, to industrial automation, collaborative and medical robotics incorporating state-of-the-art, intelligent digital technology. This 21st Century Electric Encoder™ non-contact technology relies on the interaction between the measured displacement and space/time modulated electric field. It offers a blend of features unequaled by optical or magnetic encoders. The electric encoder’s unique contactless core with a hollow shaft allows the lowest possible axial space requirements and enhances reliability by eliminating the degradation mechanism. Among the cutting edge features: Very low weight, inertia, and profile (=<10mm), No magnetic signature & Insensitivity to EMI/RFI and magnetic fields.
