About Neuenschwander R. & H. AG

Amore per la tradizione. Neuenschwander is specialized in the development of innovative specialties and the distribution of fine food. Customers include the most important Swiss retailers as well as specialized retailers. Since 1947, Neuenschwander has been offering unique inspirations with exclusive products, sensual pleasure experiences and excellent service. For its customers and thus the end consumer, Neuenschwander develops innovative specialties of very high quality in collaboration with its suppliers. The best from around the world Over the decades, our culinary treasure chest has been filled with hundreds of exquisite products. These include a wide range of the best olive and spice oils, vinegars, pasta, rice, traditional tinned vegetables, savoury and sweet pastries, chocolate, spirits and our own inventions such as white balsamio. Our specialities come mainly from Italy, the Mediterranean and other regions of Europe. Products with soul and taste We attach great importance to ensuring that the "soul" that the producers impart to the specialities remains perceptible to the end consumer. That is why we sometimes offer our customers culinary journeys to the place of origin of the products and tell them the stories behind the specialities - stories about the people who make them, the intricacies of the production processes, the peculiarities of the local food culture, the landscape and the raw materials.
