Our mission is to deliver neurodiversity awareness training that is practical, uplifting and accessible. Through evidence-based practices and inclusive approaches, we aim to transform perceptions and empower individuals, teams and organisations to build communities where neurodivergent individuals can achieve their potential and feel valued. Co-founders Alex and Talia combine their backgrounds in clinical psychology, lived experience and corporate leadership to provide a multi-dimensional insight into neurodiversity in the workplace including its challenges, strengths and opportunities. Participants will explore the impact of neurodivergence, how to foster an inclusive environment, reduce stigma, implement effective accommodations and provide resources to harness and support individuals unique strengths.
