About NeuroEI Training for Stillness

We empower therapists and their clients with transformative self-development skills. At 51BLUE we believe that real human transformation —shifting from merely surviving to truly living — can only be achieved through a dedicated self-development process that merges cognitive and experiential deep-learning. As therapists, our mission is to empower clients with a clear roadmap, step-by-step practices, and attentive feedback, facilitating their journey of self-discovery and growth. The key to wellbeing and the joy of expressive living resides within the still and restful minds of our clients. This personalized wisdom can only be accessed through the dedicated practice of suspending movement and embracing restful, attentive stillness. Neurologically, a life well-lived is anchored in, and defined by, Parasympathetic Rest and Governance. 51BLUE is a transformative journey of self-development that integrates cutting edge neuroscience, somatics, and bio-psychology with the timeless wisdom of meditative practices. The 51BLUE journey follows a road less travelled. It’s not an instant painkiller. Nor a key to unlimited pleasure. It’s not a quick-fix to problems. And it’s not a shortcut to enlightenment. Instead, 51BLUE offers a proven path to stillness and flow. A clear pathway to enduring wellbeing and vitality. For those who persevere, it becomes a gateway to lasting happiness and joy.
