About Never-Before Talent Agency

Never-Before Talent is a modern talent agency representing a bold, diverse roster of high-profile personalities across film, television, music, sport, and digital media. Built for the now, we go beyond traditional representation — creating powerful brand partnerships, memorable campaigns, and once-in-a-lifetime opportunities that align with our talent’s unique identities and commercial value. We work with some of the most recognisable names in entertainment, from global box office actors to chart-topping musicians, elite athletes, and digital creators with millions of engaged followers. Our approach is personal, proactive, and performance-led. For brands, we offer full-service talent alignment: casting the right face, voice, or energy to drive measurable impact — whether it’s an ambassador campaign, product launch, social activation, or live experience. We ensure brand integrity, creative excellence, and a genuine connection between talent and audience. For talent, we handle all commercial opportunities — negotiating, advising, and executing with care and strategy. From brand deals and event appearances to licensing, merchandise, and digital growth, we champion our clients with precision and purpose. At Never-Before Talent, every deal is bespoke. Every campaign is crafted. And every connection we make is designed to move culture, not just capital. Welcome to the agency where iconic moments are made.
