About New Dawn Energy, LLC

New Dawn Energy, LLC, is a privately owned, Texas based, Oil and Gas Exploration and Production Company formed in April 2015. New Dawn Energy was formed to acquire and develop oil and gas operated and non-operated assets in major basins in the US. The initial efforts of the company are focused on the acquisition of non-operated oil and gas assets.
