About New Horizons at Marlborough

At our senior living community, we blend the perfect amounts of convenience, flexibility, and personalized service. Many of our more than 400 senior residents feel that their independence increased after moving in. That's because New Horizons handles all the time-consuming details, allowing residents to live life to the fullest every day. Part of Cummings Foundation, New Horizons is a full-service, full-amenity Continuous Care Retirement Community (CCRC). That means residents' needs are supported through a variety of on-campus programs and services, ranging from fully independent living apartments, to assisted living suites, to a secure mental health unit, plus on-site hospice services and a secure memory unit. Our comfortable studio, one-, and two-bedroom residences come at an affordable fraction of the cost of in-home care, and give our residents attractive, fully functional options. You'll find yourself right at home in our comfortably elegant community. With spacious private apartments surrounded by wooded conservation land, gourmet meals in well-appointed dining rooms, and warm social interaction with friendly neighbors, you'll soon see why "This is home."
