The Practice Model New Horizons Therapy NY is a neuropsychologist-led, multidisciplinary private practice. We leverage a team of psychologists, LCSWs, LMHCs, and LMFTs to provide a continuum of care that addresses the complex needs of children, adolescents, adults, and families. By operating a 100% HIPAA-compliant telehealth model, we remove geographic barriers to care, allowing patients in underserved "referral deserts" to access top-tier clinical support without leaving their homes.
