New Malden and Worcester Park PCN (Primary Care Network) has been created to help offer better patient care to the community. We are a formation of 5 local New Malden and Worcester Park practices: Manor Drive Medical Centre West Barnes Surgery Roselawn Surgery Holmwood Corner Surgery The Groves Medical Centre We are working together to support the surgeries by providing additional clinical staff, run local health and wellbeing events and work alongside community services, aiming to provide the best possible care for our patients.
