About New Mettle Farms – Educational Gardens & Experiential Learning

New Mettle Farms provides hands-on educational gardens, experiential learning, and ecological education for schools, youth programs, and communities. Led by Sarah Carson, Owner & Ecological Garden Educator, we design sustainable, multi-use school gardens, custom educational products, Ag Island Modular Gardens, and practical learning programs that teach regenerative agriculture, sustainability, environmental stewardship, and practical ecological skills. Our programs connect students, families, and educators to the natural world through interactive workshops, field days, and real-world projects, creating year-round learning spaces that inspire curiosity, problem-solving, practical skills, and long-term stewardship. We partner with schools, farms, and community organizations to deliver educational programs, resources, and hands-on experiences that build ecological literacy and community engagement.
