New Orleans' unrivaled culinary industry finally has a school to match. Led by some of the biggest names in the New Orleans culinary industry, NOCHI offers the chance to complete a high-quality Culinary Arts or Baking & Pastry Arts certificate program in 100 days. Unlike with two-year programs, you'll achieve the necessary skills to join the ranks of industry on a 26-subject, twenty-week program. Our intensive curriculum was designed in partnership with CIA Consulting of the Culinary Institute of America. Our 90,000 square-foot facility offers students a wealth of resources, equipped with state-of-the-art equipment. Spaces include: 2 culinary teaching labs 2 baking & pastry labs A food science & sensory lab A wine & spirits lab A dining lab A catering kitchen A tech lab
