We’ve provided services since 1989, and the company’s success has come from lowering repeated hospital stays, reducing long-term healthcare costs, and training patients to be independent and safe at home. We know how to successfully transition patients from dependency on acute care to being stable and safe at home. We are a Joint Commission Accredited agency, providing intermittent skilled nursing and skilled nursing shift care up to 24 hours a day. We serve a diverse multi-cultural community located in the San Fernando Valley. Our professional staff includes: Registered Nurses, Licensed Vocational Nurses, Certified Home Health Aides, Physical Therapists, Occupational Therapists, Medical Social Workers and Speech Therapists.
