New Territory jobs and careers

About New Territory

We design, develop, and support high-end websites, commerce platforms, and digital products for premium brands. Every project is approached with the precision of a race team; tuned, refined, and built to perform under pressure. Our work blends beauty and expressive design with measurable performance. We don’t separate creativity from conversion or compromise aesthetics for speed. Whether it’s a portfolio site, a global ecommerce platform, or a complex web application, each build is designed to express a brand’s identity while delivering tangible results. We work end-to-end; from digital strategy and design through to development, performance marketing, and ongoing support. Our multidisciplinary team spans strategy, consulting, design, development, and growth marketing, ensuring every touchpoint is executed with intent and consistency. We collaborate with premium brands who value detail, performance, and partnership. We’ve helped clients across fashion, furniture, jewellery, FMCG and many other sectors build digital systems that reflect the same level of craft and care as their products building everything from artists portfolios, ecommerce sites, web applications and much, much more. Founded in Auckland and working globally, New Territory combines hospitality with drive: approachable yet exacting, collaborative yet uncompromising on quality. We aim to set a new standard for what digital craft can be; built for longevity, tuned for performance, and refined to the last detail.
