We then collaborate with specialist delivery designers and stay at our clients’ side through Construction. We believe in the power of specialism and collaboration, well-being and sustainability. Before New-works, co-founders Tom Lewith and Doug Hodgson founded and ran TDO for 14 years. The practice's projects and core team moved to New-works where they continue with the same project types and design ethos.
