About New York Memory Center, Inc.

For more than 40 years, the New York Memory Center has been an experienced community leader in offering an enlightened standard of care and support for people affected by memory loss and their caregivers. Our social-model day programs are located in Park Slope, Brooklyn, and are especially tailored to meet the unique needs of people living with memory loss. We offer a wide range of diverse programming with the structure and support our members need to fully enjoy them. For our members, the program offers opportunities to build community and a sense of belonging and purpose, maintaining independence, as well as relief from the isolation, loneliness, boredom, and depression that can accompany living with memory loss. For caregivers, the program brings valuable peace of mind, time to focus on work, family, and self-care, as well as support coping with the stress of caring for someone living with memory loss.
