Nex Day jobs and careers

About Nex Day

On March 12, 2026, Tallinn will host Nex Day, the boldest leadership conference ever held in the Baltics. For the first time, executives and practitioners from some of the world’s most influential organizations, including BMW, Bosch, LEGO, Haier/GE Appliances, ABN AMRO and ROCHE will take the stage together in Estonia. They will share how they have dismantled bureaucracy, empowered self-managing teams, and scaled trust-based leadership across organizations with hundreds of thousands of employees.
