About Next Commerce GmbH

Bridging the gap between brands, dealers, and digital customers. Whether you already run an e-store or are just starting your digital journey, the challenge is the same: How do you capture online demand without creating channel conflict or a logistical nightmare? Next Commerce provides a lightweight layer that connects your brand website directly to your existing dealer network. 1. Dealer Checkout: Sell Online. Let Dealers Ship. Capture sales at the peak of interest. Our widget allows customers to buy directly on your brand site, while the order is fulfilled by your local retail partners. Boost Conversions: Turn "Where to Buy" dead-ends into instant sales. Direct Customer Data: Own the relationship even if you don't ship the goods. Zero Operational Burden: Use your dealers' stock. No new warehouses, no logistics stress. Easy Integration: A simple widget that works with any existing website or shop system. 2. ListingShield: Automated GPSR Compliance The EU Product Safety Regulation (GPSR) requires safety data to be shown at every digital Point of Sale. Manually managing this across hundreds of dealer shops is impossible. Centralized Control: Upload safety data once in our dashboard. Auto-Sync: Data is pushed to all dealer product pages via a simple snippet. Legal Protection: Maintain a digital audit log to prove compliance to authorities. Zero Dealer Effort: Protect your brand reputation across your entire network automatically. Who we serve: Manufacturers with established dealer networks in technical or advice-heavy industries like Power Tools, DIY, and Industrial Equipment. About the Founder: Founded by Ivo Oppong-Addai. With 15 years of experience at Apple, Deutsche Telekom, and Bosch Power Tools, we bring industrial-grade precision to mid-sized manufacturers.
