Next Energy 360 works with commercial and industrial property owners and brokers to unlock incremental income from underutilized portions of already-performing assets. We specialize in battery energy storage, rooftop solar, ground-mounted solar, EV charging, and distributed energy infrastructure for commercial real estate. We are not selling equipment. We source sites, evaluate feasibility, and structure long-term infrastructure leases that preserve asset flexibility while generating predictable ground rent. Our focus is conservative, real estate-first asset optimization. That means: No owner capital investment. No operational responsibility. No disruption to tenants.
