About Next Phase Construction
In the beginning we were founded as Anton Building Company, the in-house construction company for Anton DevCo, a premier California Multifamily Development Company. Today, we are Next Phase Construction. Our company has moved forward to its next chapter while it continues its relentless pursuit of providing excellent multifamily construction solutions and successes that are next level. With our rich history in real estate development and investment building spanning decades, the team at Next Phase Construction has the expertise to elevate your construction experience through each stage of the process. While others abandon ship when issues arise, we stay the course, unbroken and unbothered until the issues are resolved and we are able to move on to the next phase.
