Next Phase Electric jobs and careers

About Next Phase Electric

Next Phase Electric is a fully licensed, insured, and bonded electrical contractor and solar installer located in Bakersfield, CA. We proudly serve the solar, oil & gas, agriculture, and commercial industries in the Southern California area. Next Phase Electric goes above and beyond a typical standard for electrical work. We have seen that many electrical companies do just enough to get the job done and pass inspection, which always leads to problems down the road. Our approach is to think through all of the issues on a project and take a proactive approach to ensure safety and accuracy for our clients and our employees.
