About NexTen Partners

We're Steve and Radu, and we've been best friends since college. We've studied, partnered across various business ventures, and even traveled together to 13 countries! Most recently, we worked diligently on a startup after raising $300k from venture investors. Steve has worked 5+ years in finance & investing and Radu has worked 7+ years in operations & consulting. Together, we've grown tremendously the last 10 years. After helping our families run small businesses of their own, we found our love of entrepreneurship early on - Radu's dad runs a tiling business in OH and Steve's grandfather owned a coin & stamp store in MA. Today, we are excited to become leaders of a great small business & help an owner transition. We respect founders & the history they've worked tirelessly to build. In this new chapter, we're eager to preserve and grow your company & team over the "next ten" years & beyond!
