Nextera Packaging jobs and careers

About Nextera Packaging

We help food processors make packaging their new secret ingredient. At Nextera, we believe food packaging requires focus, and unlike other suppliers we don’t split ours. No janitorial chemicals or packaging for other industries here. Just a 100-percent food packaging company obsessed with seeing processors connect the food they’re passionate about to the people they care about. Here’s how we do it. 1. Consultative Distribution Our food packaging buying experience feels like a consultancy. We combine manufacturer-level product expertise and high-performance, national distribution capabilities to get customers’ products into the right packaging faster and with less trial and error. 2. Owned Brands For nearly 50 years, we’ve worked with hundreds of food packaging customers and used that experience to create brands that fill market gaps and give growing processors more choice. Our lineup includes Flext™ (films and flexibles) and Formd™ (custom rigid packaging). 3. Processor Support Services We’ve curated a library of support services that help food processors scale their businesses without needing to find and manage multiple, specialized partners. Nextera can assist with automation, pre-labeling, film perforation and printing, packaging research and development, and even brand strategy and design. Your food packaging is our bread and butter.
