Where NextGen.LX is disruptive is the algorithmic codification of Social Learning Design (in the follow-ing ‘SLD’) for global scalability. Algorithmic SLD enables the affordable scaling of deep, high-quality organizational development methods for the many, not the few. We bring ‘McKinsey-level’ methods to all. This is how our primary market is the L&D and HR-Departments of SMEs who cannot afford costly consultancy firms and reduce dependency on external coaches.
