About NextGen Systems Technology

NextGen Systems Technology is an independent Wi-Fi design, site survey, and digital infrastructure consultancy supporting hospitality, commercial, educational, residential, and mission-critical developments. We specialise in Wi-Fi predictive design (heatmaps), on-site Wi-Fi surveys (active and passive), Wi-Fi audits, optimisation, and troubleshooting, helping clients achieve reliable coverage, capacity, performance, and user experience across complex environments. Our approach is vendor-neutral, standards-driven, and focused on delivering networks that perform as intended from day one. Beyond wireless networks, we provide ICT and ELV consultancy services including network architecture and design, data centre design and migration advisory, audio visual system design, electronic security system design, and home automation and smart building design. Our services support projects from early concept and master planning through detailed design, coordination, and implementation support. Based in Dubai, NextGen Systems Technology brings over 25 years of regional and international experience across the GCC, Middle East, and Australian markets. We are recognised for delivering high-quality, well-coordinated engineering documentation, clear design intent, and practical guidance that reduces risk, rework, and operational issues during construction and handover. We work closely with clients, consultants, and contractors through open communication and structured design processes, ensuring technology systems are fully coordinated with architectural, MEP, and operational requirements.
