About nextImpact

nextImpact exists to create a force for impact in the Life Sciences. We unite trusted people and business leaders across the life sciences, from startup to large corporate, delivering future-ready leadership programmes, bespoke career journeys, and portfolio careers that propel impact for individuals and businesses at every stage of growth. Our approach differentiates from the competition on both sides: the people who provide it and the people who receive it. Our team consists of versed industry leaders, career consultants and business coaches who have transitioned from corporate careers to running their own consulting or start-up businesses. What unites us is our passion for fostering innovation, and enabling business and personal growth. We go beyond standardized outplacement programs enabling bespoke journeys for impact - whether as investor, entrepreneur, co-founder, business leader, advisor, or corporate talent. Or in a mix of these roles as part of a portfolio career. We return the know-how and leadership that is otherwise lost to the Life Science industry and create multiple benefits for the Swiss economy.
