Each AI factory will be built on NCS’s reference design, combining high power density architecture, liquid cooling, high performance networking and sovereign grade compliance. In partnership with NVIDIA, NCS will integrate the latest GPU technologies to offer GPU-as-a-Service, bare metal solutions and AI-optimised colocation, helping organisations train, deploy and scale advanced AI models. Backed by Lloyds Capital and a founding team of experienced investors and operators, NCS brings deep experience in large scale infrastructure and AI ecosystems. The company is taking a phased approach - activating capacity within existing data centre environments while developing new, purpose built sites in locations with strong connectivity, sustainable energy access and data sovereign regulatory alignment.
