About NFM Consulting LLC

NFM Consulting LLC is a Texas-based industrial automation firm serving power, oil & gas, water, and data center operators across the state. We design, build, and support SCADA and automation systems that keep critical infrastructure online—combining ERCOT market expertise, field-proven engineering, and 24/7 support. From demand response and telemetry to oilfield automation, nanofiltration, and critical power systems, our team helps bridge the gap between field reality and modern control systems. Our core focus areas include: • Critical power & data centers – UPS and generator integration, switchgear automation, and power quality monitoring for facilities that can’t go down. • Oil & gas automation – Wellsite, tank battery, SWD, and midstream SCADA that reduce LOE, cut truck rolls, and improve safety and compliance. • Water & municipal systems – Water treatment and nanofiltration automation with the reporting and reliability municipalities and industry require. • ERCOT & grid services – Demand response integration, telemetry compliance, and automation that connects field assets to ERCOT and grid programs. With 100+ years of combined experience in industrial automation, SCADA, and field services, we help Texas operators reduce downtime, stay compliant, and unlock new efficiency and revenue across their assets. Serving all of Texas from our San Antonio headquarters and field offices, we’re ready to support your next automation, power, or SCADA project.
