About NHA CONSULTING INC.

NHA Consulting is a specialized advisory firm focused on finance transformation, ERP implementation, and business process optimization. We work closely with CFOs, finance leaders, and executive teams to modernize financial operations, align technology with business strategy, and build scalable systems that support growth. Our services span the full ERP lifecycle—from business case development and system selection to implementation, process redesign, and post-implementation optimization. We help organizations implement and transform financial systems such as Sage Intacct and other modern cloud platforms, ensuring finance, operations, and project management processes are integrated, efficient, and data-driven. Beyond technology implementation, we focus on strengthening the finance function itself. We support organizations in redesigning core financial processes including procure-to-pay, record-to-report, project accounting, and financial close. Through automation, intelligent workflows, and improved reporting structures, we help reduce manual effort, improve financial controls, and provide leadership teams with clearer, more reliable insights for decision-making. At NAH Consulting, our approach combines deep financial expertise with practical implementation experience. We work alongside client teams to deliver measurable improvements in operational efficiency, financial visibility, and long-term organizational performance.
