About NHR Resourcing - Hiring Architecture

Helping 𝗦𝗠𝗘𝘀 and 𝗶𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗽𝗲𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗛𝗥 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝘀𝘂𝗹𝘁𝗮𝗻𝘁𝘀 improve hiring through 𝗛𝗶𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗔𝗿𝗰𝗵𝗶𝘁𝗲𝗰𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲 (𝗥𝗼𝗹𝗲 𝗗𝗲𝘀𝗶𝗴𝗻 to 𝗢𝗻𝗯𝗼𝗮𝗿𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴). NHR Resourcing supports the full hiring journey, from role design and market insight through to campaign delivery and onboarding, so hiring works properly and delivers the right people. The result is less wasted time, lower hiring costs, better decisions and a process that is built properly and followed through. This isn’t a traditional recruitment agency approach. Recruitment campaigns can be part of the work, but they sit within a wider piece, getting the role right, understanding the market, building a process that works, and then delivering it properly. Support includes: • Role and capability clarity • Market and talent mapping (competitors, talent pools, and routes to reach them) • Salary benchmarking and offer strategy • Hiring strategy and process review • Full campaign management (search through to offer, keeping everyone aligned) • Onboarding support (so new hires land well and get up to speed quickly) • A simple, GDPR-compliant ATS (to track and manage candidates) If you’re hiring, or supporting clients who are hiring, and it feels harder than it should, get in touch. I’m happy to help you work out what will get things moving again. 𝗜𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁 𝗹𝗲𝗱. 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗰𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝗯𝘂𝗶𝗹𝘁. 𝗗𝗲𝗹𝗶𝘃𝗲𝗿𝗲𝗱. 📞 07957 785202 📧 [email protected] 🌐 www.nhr-resourcing.com
