About Nic & Wes Builders Pte Ltd

Established in 2002, Nic & Wes Builders is a design & build company with a forte in landed residential homes. Understanding that the process of a home build can be daunting, we handhold clients from start to finish. Taking on the role as project manager, we continually strive to make the journey a smooth and enjoyable experience for homeowners. Working closely with our clients, we intertwine their needs and wants into our designs that reveal uniquely collaborative Lifestyle Homes. In 2010, Nic & Wes Builders Pte Ltd was awarded with the Successful Entrepreneur award. Subsequently, in 2011 we were awarded with the Circle Of Excellence award which "acknowledges the outstanding service providers related to the Real Estate Industry... who have shown their ability, experience, creditability and reliability to meet the ever challenging deadlines and demands of property agents and their clients" [source: Circle Of Excellence].
