About Niche Coordination Ltd

Niche Coordination Ltd provides structured wedding planning support for venues who value consistency, professionalism, and an exceptional client experience. We work as an extension of your team, managing the planning journey from the point of booking through to final preparation. Our role is to guide couples through each stage with clarity and care, ensuring every detail is organised, aligned, and ready for a seamless handover back to your team for delivery. This allows venues to focus on what they do best — securing bookings and delivering outstanding wedding days — while we ensure everything in between is managed with precision and consistency. With a background in both high-volume wedding venues and premium event environments, we understand the operational demands of delivering exceptional weddings at scale. Our approach combines strong systems, clear communication, and a calm, reliable presence that supports both your team and your couples. At Niche, we are not here to replace your team, but to strengthen it — reducing pressure, maintaining standards, and ensuring every wedding is set up for success.
