Helping you move effortlessly in flow. The end result: You have a body that is strong, flexible, and fit. You have a mind that is organized, focused, and present. You have tons of energy. You’re moving pain free. You’re able to effortlessly find your way into flow states. For over 15 years I’ve been obsessed with flow states. You know that feeling of being fully immersed in an activity where time flies by, your inner critic quiets down, and your body starts doing things without conscious awareness of your mind. That’s a flow state. Athletes know this as “being in the zone.” Think Michael Jordan dropping 30 points in a quarter or Roger Federer effortlessly hitting winners from all over the tennis court. Personally, I’ve explored everything from intense strength training to breath work to free diving to surfing to psychedelics and fasting. In these flow states: Performance goes through the roof. Your brain releases a bunch of feel-good chemicals. You get access to part of yourself you normally don’t have access to. My objective is to show you how to organize your mind and train your body so that you can experience these magical moments of flow. Repeatedly. Reliably. And on demand. My framework includes simple movement, mindset, and nutrition practices that can set you up for a life full of flow. I strongly believe that if you have a body that can get into physical flow more often, you will lead a healthier, happier, more fulfilled life. Full stop.
