NIKIGO specializes in making soy-free, gluten free, and top 9 allergen-free Asian sauces. The company’s founder, Nicole Gordon, grew up eating and loving Asian food. However, in her early 20s she developed allergies to soy, peanuts, beans, nuts, and sesame, among others, and was unable to eat all her favorite Asian foods. Faced with a lack of satisfying soy sauce substitutes (options like coconut aminos just didn’t pass the taste test), she went into the kitchen and created her own soy sauce alternative – NIKIGO Original Sauce – a soy-free soy sauce substitute that tastes like the real thing!
