About NIRPA

Welkom op de site van het Nederlands Instituut van Register Payroll Accounting (NIRPA). Het NIRPA is een onafhankelijke stichting zonder winstoogmerk en bestaat sinds 2004. Het NIRPA staat voor kwaliteitsborging van professionals werkzaam in het vakgebied payroll. Registratie vindt plaats in het Register Salarisadministrateur (RSa) en het Register Payroll Professional (RPP). Dit gebeurt op basis van behaalde diploma’s en jaarlijkse Permanente Educatie. Hiermee wordt geborgd dat professionals op de hoogte zijn en blijven van kennis en vaardigheden voor het uitoefenen van hun vak. Alle NIRPA geregistreerde professionals onderschrijven de in 2014 geïntroduceerde Gedrags- en Beroepscode. Deze wordt als branche standaard beschouwd.
