About NIST College Banepa

NIST College was established in 2012 at Nayabasti –9, Banepa as an extension of National School of Sciences, Kathmandu. It has worked its way up from humble beginnings with a few students and teaching staff, a decade ago to grow into a premier academic institution of the region. The College is situated in a serene and secluded area on the side of Nala Road, Naya Basti, north of Banepa, and is 1.5 kilometers away from the main city. The major objective behind the establishment of NIST College at Banepa was to provide a high quality education in this region so that students did not have to travel to the capital city which is congested, noisy and relatively expensive.
