Nitta Corporation is mainly engaged in the manufacture and sale of belting products. The Belt and Rubber Product segment is engaged in the manufacture and sale of belt products, transmission products, rubber products, toothed belts, V-belt automatic tensioners, and pulleys. The Hose and Tube Product segment is engaged in the manufacture and sale of resin hoses and tubes, and metal fittings. The Other Industrial Product segment offers air conditioning products, mechatronics products, sensors, communication and electronic equipments, precision polishing pads and slurries, among others. In addition, the Company is also involved in the real estate leasing, and business instruction services. As of March 31, 2014, the Company had 26 subsidiaries and 10 associated companies.
