About NJ Ashton Group

Since 1983, NJ Ashton has evolved from a family-owned regional business into Australia's trusted leader in earthworks and site services. For 40 years, we've been more than providers – we've been strategic partners, integrating early in the project planning stages to deliver exceptional outcomes across New South Wales and beyond. Our commitment to operational excellence is built on three pillars: Innovation & Sustainability We're transforming Australia's infrastructure sector through meaningful innovation, launching the world's first electric truck and dog for earthworks operations. Our Carbon Neutral 2040 roadmap and renewable energy integration support your ESG objectives with transparent emissions reporting and verifiable data. Operational Excellence & Compliance We set industry standards with our triple ISO certification (9001, 14001, 45001), comprehensive safety systems, and NHVR-compliant fleet operations. Our advanced telematics ensure driver safety, fatigue compliance, and environmental responsibility across all operations. Trust & Community As a proudly Australian family-owned business, we've built our reputation on honesty, integrity and transparency. For four decades, we've delivered on our promises and fostered genuine partnerships built on trust. Our 12% Indigenous workforce, established training programs, and community initiatives with organisations like PCYC demonstrate our commitment to creating lasting value beyond our operations. Partner with NJ Ashton to advance your infrastructure projects with confidence, knowing you're working with a proven provider of earthworks and site services that consistently delivers on what it promises.
