About Noah's Farm

Noah's Farm: The AI Flavor Empire We started with a single, audacious question: "What if we could produce 100+ new flavor molecules, each worth hundreds of millions, every year?" Noah's Farm is a deep-tech startup building the future of taste. We develop proprietary AI that chemically recreates the world's most beloved flavors—and invents entirely new ones—at the molecular level. From Decades to AI: The New Flavor Empire Just as AlphaFold is fundamentally disrupting drug discovery, Noah's Farm is poised to creatively disrupt the massive, multi-billion-dollar global flavor industry. This is a market that has yet to experience true technological innovation—one still reliant on inefficient processes that contribute to environmental strain and food scarcity. Our proprietary AI model, 'N-Palette1', is the engine of this revolution. It generates the precise molecular formulas to replicate any taste, from complex vanilla and specific cuts of meat fat to the rarest fruits. We are moving beyond imitation to invention, creating novel sensory experiences the world has never tasted. Our mission is to chemically recreate every flavor imaginable, secure them all as our intellectual property, and build a new Flavor Empire. This bold vision is backed by world-class investors. Within three months of our founding, we successfully raised a $3M (4B KRW) pre-seed round from top-tier VCs in Silicon Valley and Korea. A Team Built to Win We are a convergence powerhouse. Our team is led by a proven serial entrepreneur—the co-founder of Tapas Media (acquired by Kakao Entertainment for $450M) and founder of Riiid (an EdTech unicorn valued at over $600M). He is joined by a CTO from Seoul National University's School of Medicine (Ph.D. Cand.) and an elite corps of core talent from the world's top AI research organizations, including UC Berkeley, Cambridge, LG AI, and Kakao Brain. We are here to innovate the global food market. Join us.
