Noise SMART jobs and careers

About Noise SMART

𝗥𝗲𝗮𝗹-𝗧𝗶𝗺𝗲 𝗛𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝘁𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻, 𝗛𝘂𝗺𝗮𝗻 𝗙𝗶𝗿𝘀𝘁. Noise Smart, personal noise monitoring, is transforming how organisations protect their people from noise-induced hearing loss. Traditional monitoring focuses on environments, factories, worksites, and job roles, assuming that PPE and policies are enough. But hearing damage doesn’t happen to places. It happens to people. That’s why we put the human at the centre. Our wearable technology delivers real-time, personal noise exposure data that empowers both workers and safety teams. By making invisible risks visible, we help organisations move from passive compliance to active prevention. With smart feedback, behaviour insights, and evidence-based reporting, Noise Smart enables timely interventions and long-term culture change. It’s more than compliance; it’s care, accountability, and smarter safety. 𝗡𝗼𝗶𝘀𝗲 𝗦𝗺𝗮𝗿𝘁 𝗿𝗲𝗽𝗹𝗮𝗰𝗲𝘀 𝗮𝘀𝘀𝘂𝗺𝗽𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝗮𝘄𝗮𝗿𝗲𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀, 𝘀𝗼 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗰𝗮𝗻 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝘁𝗲𝗰𝘁 𝘄𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘁𝗿𝘂𝗹𝘆 𝗺𝗮𝘁𝘁𝗲𝗿𝘀.
