I am a marriage and family counseling therapist practicing in California. After working in inpatient, outpatient, residential and private practice settings along the coast, I have discovered therapeutic techniques that can help clients find clarity and peace. I have learned approaches that have been effective with clients from all walks of life. Practices in mindfulness can be adapted to each individual's strengths, helping them better understand themselves. Focusing on helping your mind, body, and spirit synchronize, can help you live as your authentic self, free of shame or judgment. I teach stress reduction techniques to executive teams and HR departments. This includes bringing inclusion and diversity into the corporate world to create a healthier work environment.
