NORA is an individualized patient monitoring program based on a two-way communication platform between the patient and healthcare professionals. Patients receive individualized health education, have contact via chat/video call, do occupational tele-therapy and telematic control of vascular risk factors. NORA is also a tool for collecting Patient Reported Outcomes (PROMs) and Experience (PREMs) with high degree of fulfilment. NORA follow-up program had shown to increase adherence to treatment, knowledge about the disease and better control of vascular risk factors NORA is a Spin off of Stroke Unit of Vall'dHebron Institute of Research (VHIR) and Vall d'Hebron Hospital (HUVH), bringing to market more than 20 years of research in value based healthcare, real time health data integration, patient empowerment.
