About Norcon Construction Ltd

Norcon Construction provides bespoke construction services to many of the UK leading housing developers. We specialise in domestic and commercial groundworks and civil engineering construction, offering a full range of construction and engineering services including civil infrastructure, earthworks, groundworks, excavation, roads and sewers. As a multi-award-winning family-run business with offices in Yorkshire and the Midlands, we are known for delivering quality projects on time and within budget. Our clients include Barratt David Wilson Homes, Miller Homes, Spitfire Bespoke Homes, Lagan Homes, Duchy Homes, Churchill Retirement Living, Piper Homes, Jessup Brothers, Accord Living & Cala Homes. We support clients through all stages and eventualities of development and consider project packages in the range of £100k and £10m. COST-EFFECTIVE DESIGNS Our goal is to mitigate delivery risks by collaborating with clients early. We know that while designs may meet the required specifications, they aren’t necessarily cost-effective or practical. Our team will review your plans from a financial standpoint and suggest cost-saving adjustments that will achieve the same result and reduce the risk of overspending. HEALTH & SAFETY In everything we do, our objective is to ensure a safe working environment for everyone. As such, our health and safety committee, led by myself and our in-house health and safety manager continually monitor and review our activities in order to guarantee compliance and uphold our accreditation with CHAS, SMAS, and Construction-line. Safety forms an integral part in all discussions from pricing to planning. OPEN-DOOR POLICY From our clients to the local community to our site teams, I operate an open-door policy. I believe that for a project to be successful the ideas and concerns of everyone need to be heard, and this is only possible when I make myself readily available to all involved.
