NRK (Nord Rolan Kapital GmbH) is the co-investor interface and governance layer within the NRK group. We structure co-investment participation, run milestone-based project control, and deliver bank-aligned transparency - including QA, EU-ready evidence, and reporting - throughout the capital cycle. Our role is to make complex projects controllable and traceable: readiness tracking, documented decision paths, change control, and evidence capture that supports compliance and predictable execution. Why we use the term “Co-Investor” In Germany, real estate projects are typically executed with more than one capital partner. Alongside the equity partner(s), a financing bank often provides a substantial share of the capital as senior debt (commonly up to ~80%, depending on the project and bank approval). Capital is therefore deployed and controlled within a shared structure rather than by a single “classic investor.” We use the term Co-Investor to describe an equity partner who participates alongside the project sponsor and the bank in a defined governance framework: clear documentation, milestone control, and transparent reporting. This fits the German corporate environment, where minority investor rights and formal shareholder protections are typically reflected in project documentation and governance arrangements.
